Learning Success from Leadership Trust
The challenge in learning and development, is, and always will be, the implementation of the learning back in the workplace and sustaining the transformation after the intervention. This is key to ensure the biggest return on investment to the organisations investing in their employees.
We have taken on this challenge and have designed an implementation support process around the Leadership in Management programme in order to ensure that delegates create the habits which are at the root of sustained behavioural change.
What does learning success mean for you?
- Dedicated Learning Success Manager - Your main point of contact throughout your Leadership in Management programme
- Personalised learning success introductory call - An opportunity to discuss all aspects of the Leadership in Management programme
- 2 month call post residential - To allow for you to reflect on the LM residential experience and share what happened next, giving consideration to the personal application of individual learning
- Half day online facilitated learning workshop - This provides an opportunity for you to reflect on your experiences and apply what you have learned to real-world scenarios. This workshop will enable for you to share insights and learnings with your peers, which can foster a sense of community and collaboration among your group
- 12 month post residential call - To allow for you to reflect on the past 12 months, to understand how your personal learning objectives are being nurtured back in the workplace and to help better understand where you are on your individual learning journey
Your learning success manager will help provide additional resources, such as reading lists, videos, and case studies, that can help to deepen your understanding of the leadership concepts being delivered.
Learning success sessions can also be used to provide additional support which can be beneficial for helping to overcome any challenges you may be facing in your development as a leader.
