Meet your course facilitator
Robin Lawrence is a specialist in leadership development and personal effectiveness.
Robin’s work is primarily focused on developing and running customised programmes but he also delivers The Trust’s open leadership programmes. Robin obtained a distinction for his diploma in coaching and is also accredited with The Leadership Trust as an executive coach. Robin is also one of the few John Adair Accredited Trainers for Action Centred Leadership. In 2017, Robin became BPS Accredited as Test user: Occupational - Ability and Personality and using tools such as Talent Q's Dimensions and Elements.
Robin has worked successfully with many clients including high profile charity organisations, company directors and executives in a variety of sectors including scientific, medical, telecommunications, education, sports and financial sectors.
Robin has over 20 years experience of working at senior levels within the corporate world. This has helped develop his practical business, management and leadership skills, and has seen him build high performing teams, run successful projects and work closely with other global companies as well as many UK based SMEs.
